Our STORY begins with Nina – baking in her grandma’s kitchen using a lot of vanilla & sugar, when Nina changed from eating animal products 2 plant-based; she had 2 come up with a way 2 enjoy her love of baking & eating cake! By creating & perfecting recipes for moist, delicious, gorgeous cakes that will have even the biggest dairy lover reaching 4 their second slice.
What originally started out as weekend cake baking for friends and family has evolved into something much more widespread; Nina’s Bakery is now considered a local favourite by hundreds of returning customers, not just because our cakes are vegan, but also due to their amazing taste.

Our seasonal cakes that are vegan change throughout the year based on the best ingredients available for the season.
